Information Technology Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, network devices, and IT equipment.
• Provide technical support to employees for software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot problems, and ensure minimal downtime.
• Manage user accounts, access controls, and IT security protocols.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT procurement and maintenance.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and update documentation as required.
• Support installation and maintenance of business applications and ERP/software tools.
• Perform system backups, updates, and routine preventive maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards and data protection policies.
• Assist in IT infrastructure enhancements, deployments, and technology upgrades.

Qualifications Skills

• Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 13 years of experience in IT support or IT operations (freshers with strong knowledge can apply).
• Good understanding of hardware systems, LAN/WAN networking, Windows OS troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with firewalls, antivirus systems, and data security practices.
• Knowledge of cloud tools, email configurations, and IT ticketing systems preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under minimal supervision.
