We are looking for a proactive and skilled Mentor Operations who will oversee and manage a team of recruiters while also assisting the Operations Manager in driving recruitment processes for both IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should possess experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment within a consulting or recruitment firm, demonstrating expertise in handling high-volume hiring as well as a knack for mentoring and team development. The candidate must also be able to understand and analyze client requirements to ensure effective recruitment strategies. Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters, ensuring that they meet recruitment targets and uphold best practices. Recruitment Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of effective recruitment strategies for both IT and Non-IT roles, attracting top-tier talent across various industries. Understanding Client Requirements: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, business objectives, and role specifications for both technical and non-technical positions. Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for both IT and Non-IT roles using job portals, LinkedIn, and networking. Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and clients to define job requirements, role expectations, and ideal candidate profiles for both IT and Non-IT positions. Operational Support: Support the Operations Manager in streamlining recruitment processes, improving team efficiency, and driving operational excellence. Recruitment Metrics: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes, reduce time-to-hire, and improve the quality of hire. Sourcing Techniques: Implement creative sourcing strategies, including leveraging referral programs, headhunting, and innovative recruitment methods. Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from the interview process through to onboarding. Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on recruitment trends, market demands, salary benchmarks, and IT and Non-IT industry updates. Training & Development: Train and mentor recruiters on recruitment best practices and industry-specific knowledge for both IT and Non-IT sectors. Key Requirements: 4 to 10 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 to 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role. Strong understanding of both IT and Non-IT recruitment, with the ability to handle diverse job functions and requirements. Proven experience in a consulting or recruitment firm, with a focus on high-volume and niche recruitment. Ability to work closely with clients to understand hiring needs and define job requirements. Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals (Naukri, Shine), and other sourcing platforms. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong operational acumen, with the ability to support process improvement initiatives. Preferred Skills: Experience with recruitment marketing, employer branding, and talent mapping. Familiarity with HR policies, labour laws, and compliance in recruitment. Exposure to recruitment tools and automation for efficiency. Prior experience in recruitment for both technical and non-technical sectors is a plus.
