Maintain and regularly update the Candidate Tracking Sheet with accurate status. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs. Schedule and follow up on interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Maintain a database of prospective candidates for future hiring needs. Provide daily reports on recruitment progress.
