Store Keeper (Minimum 5 years of experience and basic computer knowledge) - Job Title: Store Keeper Real Estate Industry Location: Adugodi, Bengaluru Experience Required: Minimum 5 years Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Store Keeper to manage inventory and supplies for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in store keeping, stock management, and basic computer operations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update stock records, ensuring accurate inventory management. Receive, inspect, and store materials and supplies for real estate projects. Issue materials as per project requirements while keeping proper documentation. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies. Ensure proper storage conditions and maintain a clean and organized store. Coordinate with the procurement team for replenishing stock. Maintain records using basic computer applications such as MS Excel and inventory management software. Generate stock reports and provide updates to management. Ensure compliance with safety and security standards in the storage area. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in the real estate or construction industry. Familiar Kannada language. Basic knowledge of computer operations, including MS Office (Excel, Word). Strong organizational and inventory management skills. Ability to handle physical work and lift/store materials as needed. Good communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with inventory management software. Knowledge of procurement processes in the real estate industry. Understanding of safety regulations for material storage. Any Graduation.Role & responsibilities
