Master Trainer

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Mentorship & Project Guidance

• Capstone Projects:

  Act as the primary technical consultant for final-year BCA/MCA projects, guiding students through the full

  SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)

  from requirement gathering to deployment.

• Code Review:

  Conduct regular code reviews to ensure students are following industry best practices (clean code, documentation, version control via Git).

• Lab Instruction:

  Lead practical lab sessions, helping students troubleshoot complex bugs and implement advanced algorithms.

2. Academic Instruction

• Core CS Subjects:

  Deliver high-quality lectures on subjects such as Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA), Database Management Systems (DBMS), Operating Systems, and Web Technologies.

• Industry Trends:

  Integrate modern frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Django) and

  emerging technologies

  (AI/ML basics, Block Chain, IoT, Cloud Computing, etc.) into standard academic modules.

3. Soft Skills & Interview Preparation

• Communication Coaching:

  Conduct workshops on verbal/written communication, professional etiquette, and presentation skills.

• Mock Interviews:

  Organize and lead rigorous mock interview rounds, including:

• Technical Rounds:

  Whiteboard coding and CS fundamentals.

• HR Rounds:

  Behavioral questions, personality assessment, and confidence building.

• Resume Building:

  Assist students in translating their academic achievements and projects into high-impact professional resumes and LinkedIn profiles.

Required Qualifications & Skills

MCA, M.Tech in Computer Science, or equivalent (Ph.D or NET qualified preferred).

Technical Stack

Java, Python, or C++

Experience

5+ years of experience, ideally a mix of industry software development and teaching/training.

Soft Skills

Exceptional public speaking, patience for mentoring, and high emotional intelligence.

Tools

Expertise in Git/GitHub, VS Code, Jira, and various IDEs.
