Key Responsibilities
Train, certify & upskill trainers as per SSC / NSDC / DGT guidelinesConduct Training of Trainers (ToT), refresher programs & workshopsEnsure compliance with approved QP/NOS, curriculum & training methodologyMonitor training quality through audits, observations & structured feedbackProvide advanced technical expertise in the assigned domain/tradeAlign training content with current industry requirementsCoordinate with Sector Skill Councils (SSCs) & assessment agenciesPrepare trainers & candidates for assessments and certificationsAnalyze assessment outcomes & suggest continuous improvementsMaintain training reports, trainer performance data & feedback records
Key Requirements
2–3 years of experience as Trainer / Senior TrainerDegree / Diploma in Engineering / Technology / Relevant TradeStrong technical, instructional & facilitation skillsExpertise in adult learning methodologiesExcellent communication, mentoring & coaching abilitiesQuality assurance & evaluation mindsetWillingness to travel for training & monitoring activities
