Job Title: Master Trainer

Role Responsibilities (Please review & confirm your comfort level):
- Conduct Training of Trainers (ToT) programs
- Deliver training as per SSC / NSDC / DGT guidelines
- Ensure training as per approved QP/NOS & curriculum
- Monitor training quality through audit, observation & feedback
- Prepare trainers & candidates for assessment and certification
- Analyze assessment results and suggest improvements
- Maintain reports, trainer performance data & feedback
- Strong technical knowledge, communication & mentoring skills required
- Should be open to travel for training & monitoring activities
