• Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with Sipwise’s vision and growth goals.
• Define messaging, tone, and storytelling frameworks across platforms.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual language across all marketing assets.
• Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns for product launches, offers, and brand initiatives.
• Plan and manage content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, website, and other platforms.
• Translate ideas into clear briefs for designers, video editors, and creators.
• Create and guide high-impact content, including reels, statics, carousels, and brand videos.
• Be comfortable facing the camera for explainers, brand videos, and social-first content.
• Write strong hooks, captions, and narratives that resonate with the target audience.
• Work closely with the performance team to develop ad creatives and campaign concepts.
• Analyze what content and messaging perform best and iterate accordingly.
• Support growth initiatives through creative testing and experimentation.
• Collaborate with design, video, performance, and product teams for aligned execution.
• Coordinate with external creators, influencers, or partners when required.
• Stay updated with marketing trends, consumer behavior, and platform changes.
• Bring fresh ideas, perspectives, and experiments to the table.
• Take ownership of projects from concept to execution.
• Constantly look for ways to improve brand recall, engagement, and trust.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably with D2C brands or agencies.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, storytelling, and consumer psychology.
• Highly creative with a sharp eye for visuals and content quality.
• Comfortable using tools like Adobe Suite, Figma, or Canva for basic design and edits.
• MBA is preferred but not mandatory; real-world experience matters more.
• Confident communicator who can own ideas and execute independently.
