Maintain relationships with suppliers and monitor vendor performance. Coordinate with the design and production teams to understand technical requirements. Maintain accurate procurement records, including pricing, delivery timelines, and vendor performance. Support cost-saving initiatives and alternative vendor sourcing to improve efficiency. Ensure timely inventory replenishment while avoiding excess stock. Assist in the implementation of procurement policies and continuous process improvements. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering. 0–2 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain in a manufacturing/engineering setup. Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills. Good understanding of technical drawings and material specifications. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
