About the Role: We seek a results-driven Marketing Lead to define and execute marketing strategies showcasing our Salesforce consulting capabilities across industries. This role requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and B2B marketing tactics to generate qualified leads, enhance brand visibility, and support business growth across all Salesforce Cloud offerings. Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing roadmap aligned with Salesforce service lines and business goals. Create campaigns tailored to different Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Education, Revenue, Service, Experience) and relevant industries (e.g., education, healthcare, manufacturing, etc.). Content Development & Management Own the creation and distribution of compelling marketing content—blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, case studies, whitepapers, and social media posts—targeted toward decision-makers in the Salesforce ecosystem. Ensure messaging is consistent, customer-focused, and aligned with Salesforce’s positioning. Campaign Execution & Demand Generation Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, paid ads, LinkedIn, webinars, etc.) to generate high-quality leads. Partner with sales to design and run Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives for key Salesforce accounts. Sales Enablement & Internal Support: Develop sales collateral, including pitch decks, solution briefs, capability presentations, and demo assets to support business development teams. Train internal stakeholders on market positioning, Salesforce trends, and messaging consistency. Digital & Partner Marketing Manage and grow the company’s presence on digital platforms, including LinkedIn, website, AppExchange, and relevant Salesforce partner channels. Collaborate with Salesforce partnership teams to maximize co-marketing opportunities and visibility. Event Marketing Plan and execute marketing activities around Salesforce events, conferences, and webinars (e.g., Dreamforce, World Tours, Education Summit). Coordinate pre-event, onsite, and post-event campaigns to drive booth traffic, lead capture, and engagement. Performance Tracking & Optimization Monitor and report on marketing KPIs using tools like Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics. Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred). 4–6 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2+ years of marketing Salesforce consulting or related cloud-based services. Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including but not limited to Education Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Strong hands-on experience with digital marketing, lead generation, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media strategy. Proficiency in marketing tools such as Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva, and campaign management platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to translate technical concepts into client-focused messaging. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and coordinate with cross-functional teams across time zones. Preferred Skills: Salesforce Trailhead certifications or familiarity with Salesforce product architecture. Experience in marketing to educational institutions (K–12, Higher Ed) or the public sector. Knowledge of the AppExchange ecosystem and go-to-market best practices for Salesforce products. Familiarity with Salesforce Partner Program tools and joint marketing opportunities.
