About the role

As a Marketing Ops Associate, you’ll be part of the marketing and communications team, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, influencer collaborations, and day-to-day marketing operations that drive growth and retention.

What you will do

• In this role, you’ll be responsible for the operational backbone of our marketing initiatives. Your work will cut across influencer programs, acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns. You will:
• Manage the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns, from outreach and onboarding to tracking performance and payouts.
• Handle marketing ops across campaigns: coordinating assets, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining campaign trackers.
• Collaborate with analytics and product teams to understand user behavior and translate insights into actionable campaign improvements.
• Work closely with content, design, and influencer partners to ensure on-brand communication and smooth asset delivery.
• Track results and report on KPIs, ensuring learnings feed into future campaigns.
• Stay on top of competition campaigns, influencer trends, and consumer internet products to bring in new ideas for engagement and retention.

What you will need

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree - Completed
• Good communication skills
• High degree of ownership
• Working on tools - Microsoft office (Excel, docs, powerpoint), Google sheets and docs
• High attention to detail
