Role & responsibilities Data Migration Support Dataanalysis and mapping from acquisition companys CRM to HubSpot objects/fields Exporting, cleansing, formatting, and importing data from acquired companies into HubSpot/Internal proprietary CRM. Conduct data quality checks (duplicates, missing fields, formatting issues). CRM Configuration Assistance Help set up users, permissions, fields/properties, product libraries, form submission notifications, and automation rules to align acquired company processes with Registrar Corp HubSpot standards. Update existing reports and dashboards (HubSpot, Tableau, GA4) to pull in acquisition companys data. Ex: Adding new inquiry types to KPI dashboard System Integrations Support API integrations between HubSpot and other systems such as our internal CRM, Outlook, Teams and Zoominfo by assisting with minor configuration changes and project support. Testing integrations and reporting issues Preferred candidate profile Technical Skills Familiarity with HubSpot (or Salesforce/Marketo/other CRMs). Basic knowledge of data management tools (Excel, Google Sheets, CSV handling, deduplication). Understanding of integrations (APIs, ETLs) – experience not required, but strong willingness to learn. Comfort with reporting and dashboards (HubSpot reports, Tableau, or similar). HubSpot or other CRM related certifications are a big plus but not required. Soft Skills Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Excellent communication skills who can translate complex technical concepts and issues into clear actionable insights. Ability to collaborate effectively across marketing and sales teams. Curious, proactive, and eager to learn CRM best practices and functionality.
