Job Description

Auralis AI is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Marketing Operations Associate (Internship-to-Hire) to join our Bangalore team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving lead generation, supporting outreach campaigns, and assisting with client engagement initiatives. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales and marketing within a fast-growing AI startup, with the potential to convert into a full-time role upon successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients and market segments across industries.
Drive lead generation through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and outbound initiatives.
Support client presentations, product demos, and proposal creation.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, events, and content strategies.
Maintain CRM databases and track outreach activities and engagement metrics.
Analyze campaign effectiveness and prepare performance reports.

Requirements

Final-year students or recent graduates in BBA, BCom, or related business programs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interest in B2B sales, marketing, and client engagement.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) is a plus.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
Interest in growth marketing and analytics.

Salary

Competitive and commensurate with experience.
