Job Description

Principal Accountabilities:


1. Strategy Development & Execution:


Market Strategy: Establish and execute a comprehensive front-end marketing strategy to increase consumer reach and drive frequent purchases across both B2C and B2B platforms.


Promotional Planning: Prepare marketing and communication strategies, objectives, and promotional presentations. Organize and manage cross-functional teams to deliver on marketing goals.


Brand Positioning: Develop a compelling brand narrative and position Rivona’s product offerings to maximize market penetration and customer retention.


2. Branding & Product Mix:


Brand Collaterals: Collaborate in creating and enhancing virtual and physical brand collaterals to improve brand presence across channels.


Product Line Recommendations: Assist in reviewing product specifications, proposing new product ideas, and suggesting packaging changes to enhance consumer appeal.


3. Partnerships & Events:


Collaborations: Develop and nurture relationships with synergistic brands and platforms for co-branded marketing campaigns and cross-selling opportunities.


Event Participation: Identify and engage in relevant events that provide opportunities for brand exposure and product sales.


4. Communications & PR:


PR Strategy: Develop and implement communication and PR strategies to enhance Rivona’s market presence, leveraging both earned and paid media.


Content Creation: Oversee the creation and distribution of original and authentic content for Rivona’s owned platforms and through third-party PR networks.


Paid Media: Manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns, ensuring advertising spends are optimized for maximum revenue generation.


5. Community Building:


Loyalty Programs: Design and implement community-building strategies such as loyalty programs, brand activations, and events to create a group of brand advocates.


Engagement Strategy: Work on building brand loyalty through continuous engagement with customers and influencers across different platforms.


6. Reporting & Performance Analysis:


Reporting: Prepare regular management reports that include insights on key marketing metrics and performance. This will include daily, weekly, and monthly updates on campaign performance, lead generation, and brand growth.


Metrics Tracking: Analyze competitor activity and marketing trends, report on impressions, conversion rates, and propose actionable plans for improvement.


7. Brand Management & Coordination:


Creative Coordination: Collaborate with the creative team to ensure timely delivery of required branding materials such as banners, catalogs, creatives, and more.


External Agency Collaboration: Work with external marketing agencies to ensure plans and campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.


Branding across Markets: Take responsibility for managing branding strategies in various markets (Online, MT, GT, Exports).


8. Offline Marketing & Events:


Event Management: Plan and execute quarterly offline events that help build brand awareness and create direct consumer engagement.


Launch Campaigns: Lead and manage marketing campaigns for new product launches, including photoshoots, content strategy, and creative direction.
