Position:

Role Summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, executing brand campaigns, driving product visibility, analyzing market trends, and ensuring strong consumer engagement for SVVAD PRO in the FMCG segment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans for SVVAD PRO FMCG products.
  • Define brand positioning, pricing strategies, and target audience insights.
  • Ensure strong brand identity across all marketing channels.

2. Marketing Campaigns & Execution

  • Plan and execute digital, ATL, BTL, trade, and influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Drive product launches with structured go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
  • Oversee promotional materials, packaging, and marketing collaterals.

3. Trade Marketing

  • Coordinate with the sales team to plan trade schemes, retailer promotions, and in-store branding.
  • Ensure visibility, merchandising, and POS implementation across GT & MT channels.
  • Track performance of trade activities and optimize based on insights.

4. Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct competitor analysis, market mapping, consumer behaviour study, and pricing comparison.
  • Identify market opportunities and recommend new product ideas.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare ROI-based reports.

5. Digital & Social Media Management

  • Manage brand presence across social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative teams for content development, ads, and brand storytelling.
  • Track digital analytics and optimize campaigns for maximum reach.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Product Development, Supply Chain, and Leadership teams.
  • Support distributors and field teams with marketing tools and brand support.
  • Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and printing partners.

7. Budgeting & Reporting

  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently with ROI-driven spending.
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports, dashboard updates, and performance analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in FMCG marketing.
  • Strong understanding of GT, MT, and e-commerce channels.
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing, brand campaigns & trade marketing.
  • Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
