Position:

Role Summary

The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for managing online sales, optimizing product visibility, improving conversions, coordinating with marketplaces, and growing SVVAD PROs digital revenue across all e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. E-Commerce Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and implement online sales strategies for revenue growth.
  • Manage end-to-end operations across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, BigBasket, Jiomart, Blinkit, Zepto etc.
  • Drive sales forecasting, pricing strategies, and margin analysis.

2. Product Listing & Content Management

  • Create, update, and optimize product listings, keywords, images, A+ content, and descriptions.
  • Ensure accurate product details, category mapping, and SEO optimization.
  • Implement promotional listings and season-based content.

3. Marketplace Management

  • Handle brand dashboards, seller panels, promotions, and ad campaigns.
  • Coordinate with category managers for deals, banners, and merchandising.
  • Track competition pricing, availability, and offers.

4. Performance Tracking & Analytics

  • Monitor daily sales, traffic, conversion rate, ROAS, and ranking.
  • Analyze marketplace data and prepare weekly/monthly business reports.
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement corrective actions.

5. Inventory, Orders & Supply Chain Coordination

  • Monitor stock levels, reorder points, and Out-of-Stock (OOS) issues.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth dispatch.
  • Reduce return rates, cancellations, and logistic penalties.

6. Marketing & Advertising

  • Plan and execute paid ads (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads).
  • Work with creative teams to develop digital creatives, banners, and campaign concepts.
  • Handle brand campaigns, influencer collaborations, and festive promotions.

7. Customer Experience Management

  • Monitor product reviews, ratings, feedback, and customer complaints.
  • Improve ratings and reduce negative reviews through corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • 6+ years of e-commerce experience, preferably in FMCG.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, and other platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of SEO for e-commerce, product ranking, and marketplace algorithms.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
