Senior Marketing Manager Aerospace & Defence MechTech Thermal Pvt. Ltd. | India | Full-time About the Role: MechTech Thermal is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience in the Indian Aerospace & Defence sector, specifically working with Defence PSUs, DRDO, HAL, BEL, and government procurement bodies. The candidate must have hands-on experience managing government bids, tenders, RFQs/RFPs, and submitting through e-procurement portals (GeM, CPPP, state portals ) Key Responsibilities: Marketing & Strategy Develop and execute aerospace & defence marketing strategy and positioning Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis and segment targeting Create marketing collateral, case studies, capability decks and technical messaging Drive demand-generation (events, trade shows, OEM outreach, digital campaigns) Government Bids & Tender Management Identify, track and respond to RFQs, RFPs, EOIs and tenders Lead end-to-end proposal preparation (technical + commercial) Coordinate internal inputs with Engineering, Quality, Operations and Finance Manage e-tender submissions, clarifications, EMD/BG requirements and compliance Maintain tender database, documentation and bid calendars Business Development & Stakeholder Engagement Build relationships with Defence PSUs, procurement authorities and OEMs Support pricing, contract terms and commercial negotiations Convert awarded bids into successful project handover with internal teams Required Experience & Skills Minimum 5 years in Aerospace/Defence marketing, bids or commercial roles in India Direct experience with Defence sector procurement and e-tendering portals Strong understanding of RFQs/RFPs, contract terms and government processes Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management Bachelors degree (Engineering or Business); MBA preferredRole & responsibilities
