Position Summary We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Marketing Executive to drive lead generation, conduct field marketing campaigns, and contribute to local brand visibility and admissions growth. Key Responsibilities🎯 Lead Generation & Outreach Generate walk-in and inquiry leads through school visits, society campaigns, and promotional drives. Identify new outreach opportunities in coaching hubs, schools, and residential areas. Collect student data during events and upload into CRM/Google Sheets for follow-up. 📍 Event & Campaign Execution Organize and participate in marketing campaigns like: Scholarship test promotions School exhibitions/seminars Canopy setups, society activations, and flyer distributions Coordinate with tele-calling and counselling teams for event support. 📊 Reporting & Strategy Track marketing performance and provide daily/weekly reports. Work with marketing head to improve campaign effectiveness and optimize local strategy. 🤝 Partnerships & Relationship Building Build relationships with school principals, coaching institutes, and tuition centers. Promote brand visibility through local influencer engagement and school tie-ups. Candidate Requirements Qualification: Graduate in Marketing, Business, or any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory) Experience: 1–3 years in field marketing or B2C sales (Education industry preferred) Skills: Excellent communication in Hindi (Basic English preferred) Good persuasion & networking skills Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets & WhatsApp Business Should be open to fieldwork and travel in nearby areas Salary & Benefits 💰 Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹40,000/month (Based on experience) 🎯 Incentives: Performance-based (per admission or lead) 🧭 Perks: Travel reimbursement, Training, Career growth path into Sr. Marketing or Centre Manager roles Work Schedule Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Weekly Off: 1 weekday off Why Join PIIOTA?
