Marketing Manager

Work Location: Andaman , Port Blair

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across all diverse retail showrooms in Andaman. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in retail marketing for categories such as footwear, electronics, mobile accessories, and gift items. This role involves creating impactful marketing strategies, visiting branches, analyzing local performance, and promoting branch-specific offers to increase sales and brand visibility.

• Create and manage WhatsApp business groups to share offers, product updates, and promotions with regular customers.
• Share promotional posts, images, and videos through WhatsApp to increase footfall and awareness.
• Post regular advertisements on platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Instagram tailored to each showroom's target audience.
• Monitor online engagement (likes, comments, shares, inquiries) and optimize ad content accordingly.
• Track and analyze customer response from WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain and update customer contact databases for segmented communication and follow-up marketing.
• Track customer feedback and competition to adapt promotional strategies.
• Design location-based marketing content to reflect showroom-specific deals, stock highlights, and festival offers.
• Conduct regular market analysis to understand trends, competitors, and local demand shifts.
• Promote fast-moving, trending, or newly arrived products via digital channels to drive sales.
• Work closely with graphic designers or use basic design tools (like Canva) to create professional marketing visuals.
• Coordinate influencer tie-ups, video reviews, or customer testimonial promotions to build brand trust.
• Run SMS and email campaigns during festivals, sales, or new product launches.
• Stay updated on current marketing trends and tools to implement the latest digital strategies effectively.
• Develop and implement branch-wise marketing strategies based on showroom performance and local market needs.
• Coordinate with branch managers to create tailored offers and promotions to boost footfall and sales.
• Oversee the design and distribution of marketing materials (banners, posters, flyers, etc.).

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience in retail (footwear, electronics, or mobile sectors).
• Strong understanding of local marketing, customer behavior, and retail dynamics.
• Excellent communication, planning, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of design tools or digital platforms is a plus.
