Job Description 1: Production House Partnerships Reach out to Production Houses, Casting Agencies, Line Producers, and Directors. Explain the ReelOn platform and onboard them to post cast & crew job opportunities. Build long-term relationships with key industry professionals. 2: Professional Institutes Onboarding Visit Acting Schools, Dance Academies, Music Institutes, and Film Training Centers. Conduct product demos and explain the benefits of ReelOn for their students. Onboard aspiring talents to the platform and organize workshops/auditions. 3: College & Youth Engagement Connect with Colleges, Media Departments, and Student Clubs. Conduct talent contests, open mic shows, and engage students via on-ground events. Drive student registration and content contribution on the ReelOn platform. 4: Brand Collaborations & Influencer Marketing Pitch to corporate brands for event sponsorships and influencer marketing tie-ups. Develop partnerships for In-Film Branding, College Events, and Talent Hunts. Collaborate with the marketing and content team to execute branded campaigns.
