Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to develop, execute, and oversee our comprehensive marketing strategy. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of creating successful marketing campaigns specifically within the B2B software or SaaS industry. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and working closely with the sales team to accelerate the sales pipeline. This is a hands-on role that requires a strategic mindset, strong execution skills, and a deep understanding of how to market complex software solutions to a business audience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute multi-channel B2B marketing strategies and campaigns (including digital, content, email, events, and ABM) to meet lead generation and revenue targets.
  • Demand Generation: Own the lead generation funnel. Plan and manage campaigns across various channels (e.g., SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, webinars, email marketing) to produce a steady stream of high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
  • Content Marketing: Lead the creation of compelling B2B content tailored to our target personas (e.g., whitepapers, case studies, technical blogs, product datasheets, webinar presentations) that establishes thought leadership and supports the buyer's journey.
  • Product Marketing: Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop clear and powerful product positioning and messaging that differentiates NetoAI's software solutions in the market.
  • Sales Alignment: Serve as the key marketing liaison for the sales team. Develop sales enablement materials (e.g., pitch decks, battle cards) and ensure a smooth lead handoff and feedback loop.
  • Marketing Automation: Manage and optimize our marketing automation platform to nurture leads and track campaign performance.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Define, monitor, and report on key marketing KPIs (e.g., MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, cost-per-acquisition). Use data to analyze performance, provide insights, and optimize future campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Manage the B2B marketing budget effectively, ensuring all activities deliver a strong return on investment (ROI).


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. An engineering degree (e.g., B.E., B.Tech) is also highly regarded, especially when combined with marketing experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Demonstrable experience working for a B2B software, SaaS, or technology company is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation and lead-nurturing campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and B2B social media (especially LinkedIn).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling business value.
  • A highly analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications

  • An MBA is a significant added advantage.
  • Experience marketing AI, data analytics, or similar complex software products.
  • Experience marketing to the Telecommunications (CSP) industry is a major plus.
  • Proven experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and tools.
  • Experience managing external agencies or vendors.
