Role Description

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will lead multi-channel campaigns, manage marketing resources, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and marketing efforts.

In this role, you will combine creative thinking with analytical skills to manage day-to-day marketing operations while also contributing to long-term strategic planning. You will oversee brand positioning, content strategy, digital advertising, and campaign performance, working closely with product, sales, design, and external partners to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.

This role is ideal for results-driven professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and possess a balance of strategic vision, creative insight, and data-informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy Development

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company goals, target audiences, and market trends. Identify key growth opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Campaign Management

  • Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across digital (email, social media, SEO/SEM, paid ads) and offline (events, print, PR) channels.
  • Brand Management

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints. Monitor brand perception and positioning in the market.
  • Content & Communication

  • Oversee the creation of marketing content including blogs, landing pages, newsletters, sales collateral, and promotional materials. Tailor messaging for different channels and audiences.
  • Digital Marketing Oversight

  • Manage performance marketing efforts including Google Ads, paid social campaigns, and retargeting. Track KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROI, and conversion rates to drive optimizations.
  • Market Research & Customer Insights

  • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to inform positioning, segmentation, and campaign development.
  • Budget & Resource Management

  • Develop and manage marketing budgets. Allocate resources effectively to maximize impact and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Team & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to align messaging and support go-to-market efforts. Manage agencies or freelancers as needed.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns. Use data and analytics to inform strategy and improve future results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–6 years of experience in marketing, including campaign management and digital strategy.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Creativity paired with a data-driven mindset.
