The Marketing Manager is responsible for executing marketing and outreach initiatives, and strengthening brand visibility across GD Goenka Healthcare centers nationwide

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Marketing & Branding : Manage the creation of marketing collaterals, social media content, and digital campaigns to enhance brand visibility and ensure consistent brand communication across all franchise and institutional channels
  • Franchise Lead Generation & Expansion: Design and execute targeted franchise lead generation campaigns to attract prospective partners. Manage follow-up and conversion pipelines for franchise inquiries in collaboration with the Franchise Development team also support franchise onboarding by providing marketing insights and local promotional plans.
  • Campaigns & Events: Conceptualize and execute admission drives, education fairs, webinars, and promotional events to boost awareness and lead generation as well as track campaign performance, analyze ROI, and share actionable insights for improvement
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with digital marketing agencies, vendors, and media partners for campaign execution and reporting
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly reports on marketing performance, admission trends, and franchise leads and identify market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business growth

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory
  • MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing / Sales / Education Management will be preferred
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in marketing, admissions, or business development, preferably in the education, healthcare, or training sector
  • Proven track record of managing digital and offline marketing campaigns, lead generation, and admission drives.
  • Experience in franchise marketing or partner acquisition will be an added advantage
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, campaign management, and lead conversion strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Only Male candidates required for this position

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
