Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute localized marketing strategies to promote the Farm-Pik apple brand in Ahmedabad and surrounding markets.
• Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences, emerging trends, and competitive positioning within the fresh produce sector.
• Collaborate with the sales team to design promotional campaigns that drive product awareness and sales growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with retail chains, wholesalers, and local markets to ensure optimal product placement and visibility.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights to improve future initiatives.
• Organize and participate in events, exhibitions, and farmer engagement programs to strengthen brand presence and community ties.
• Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery and quality maintenance of “Farm-Pik” apples.
• Leverage digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance consumer outreach and engagement.
• Support the Regional Sales Head in achieving sales targets and expanding market share for Adani Agri Fresh products.
• Ensure alignment of all marketing activities with the company’s sustainability initiatives and mission to empower farmers.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Preferred: Specialization in Agricultural Marketing or Rural Management.

Years & Type of Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing or sales roles.
• Exposure to the FMCG or fresh produce industry is a plus.
