Role Overview:

Senior Manager Marketing

The role demands strategic foresight, creative excellence, strong executional ability, and deep knowledge of digital and traditional marketing. The candidate will work directly with the Director and be responsible for delivering measurable marketing impact aligned with business growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership & Brand Building

  • Lead overall brand strategy, positioning, and marketing roadmap to strengthen Chhedha Jewellers as a premium retail brand.
  • Design and implement 360-degree brand campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms.
  • Translate business objectives into impactful marketing strategies to drive footfalls, customer engagement, and revenue.

2. Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead, mentor, and scale an internal marketing team to deliver results across campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with retail, merchandising, CRM, and operations teams to align marketing with business outcomes.
  • Regularly present performance updates and plans to the Director and leadership team.

3. Agency & Vendor Management

  • Identify, appoint, and manage creative, media, digital, and event agencies to ensure timely, high-impact output.
  • Evaluate agency performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure deliverables are within budgets and timelines.

4. Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Drive ROI-focused digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta platforms, YouTube, and influencer marketing.
  • Lead performance analysis, traffic attribution, conversion tracking, and customer acquisition cost (CAC) optimization.
  • Oversee content strategy and social media presence aligned with brand tone and audience.

5. Customer Engagement & Loyalty

  • Plan and execute premium customer-focused campaigns, in-store events, and loyalty programs.
  • Collaborate with CRM teams for data-led targeting, retargeting, and customer journey mapping.

6. Market Research & Innovation

  • Keep abreast of trends in the jewellery and luxury retail space.
  • Track competitor activity, emerging consumer behaviour, and marketing innovations for continuous improvement.


Candidate Profile:

  • Experience:

5+ years

premium/luxury B2C retail brand


  • Education:

     MBA or PGDM in Marketing / Brand Management from a reputed institute.


  • Skills & Attributes:

- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.

- Deep understanding of digital marketing and traditional media.

- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.

- Creative yet analytical, with a sharp eye for ROI and brand equity.

- Able to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
