We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the execution of oil and gas pipeline projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, proven leadership abilities, and deep knowledge of pipeline construction, regulatory compliance, and project lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements. Lead project execution from concept to commissioning, ensuring alignment with client specifications and industry standards. Team Management: Manage multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, construction, HSE, and quality assurance personnel. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets and control costs; identify variances and recommend corrective actions. Prepare financial forecasts and progress reports. Regulatory Compliance & HSE: Ensure all project activities comply with local, national, and international standards and regulations. Enforce health, safety, and environmental policies and promote a safety-first culture on site. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
