Role Overview:


Marketing Manager


Key Responsibilities:


1. Performance Marketing


  • Plan and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.
  • Monitor KPIs, manage marketing budgets, and drive consistent lead generation for aesthetic services.
  • Analyse campaign performance, prepare reports, and implement data-driven improvements.


2. Social Media Management


  • Create and manage content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Oversee content creation—reels, videos, patient success stories, clinic updates, and educational posts.
  • Grow social media presence through engaging campaigns, contests, collaborations, and trending formats.


3. Branding & Communications


  • Build and maintain a strong brand identity for the clinic.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms—digital, print, and in-clinic branding.
  • Draft and manage communication for campaigns, PR activities, patient education, newsletters, and internal communications.


4. Influencer & Collaboration Initiatives


  • Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers, KOLs, bloggers, and content creators.
  • Manage event promotions, partnerships, and co-branded activities.


5. Website & CRM Management


  • Coordinate with the tech/website team for updates, SEO optimization, and landing pages.
  • Oversee CRM journeys, promotional automation, WhatsApp/email campaigns, and patient engagement flows.


6. Market Research & Strategy


  • Conduct competitor analysis and track industry trends in the aesthetics and skincare sectors.
  • Develop 360° marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, footfalls, and patient conversions.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience, preferably in

    aesthetic, wellness, dermatology, or healthcare marketing

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and analytics platforms

    .
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to lead campaigns end-to-end and work cross-functionally.
  • Creative thinking with a strong aesthetic sense.
