Job Description Sales Manager (m/f/d) – Market Entry India Location: India Branch / Mumbai Your Responsibilities: Implementation of our sales strategy for the successful market entry of our brands in India Identification, acquisition, and management of distributors as well as direct customer representation Building a sustainable sales and distribution network Conducting market analyses to assess market potential and competitive landscape Supporting brand management, particularly in positioning and brand development in the Indian market Developing and implementing marketing and sales-promoting measures for market launch Contributing to the design of communication strategies to raise awareness of our brands in India Your Profile: Experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG, healthcare, or beauty sector Good knowledge of the Indian market and economic conditions Ability to develop and execute a market entry strategy in collaboration with the parent company Negotiation skills Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or a comparable qualification Knowledge of brand management is an advantage High level of flexibility and entrepreneurial thinking Fluent and business/professional level English We Offer: A central role in building and establishing our brands in India A dynamic, international work environment with scope for influence Development opportunities within a mid-sized German company German language courses and other training programs Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
