As the Brand Manager of our D2C vertical, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s presence across online and offline platforms. Reporting directly to the Brand Head, you will be responsible for executing strategic initiatives, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring the seamless onboarding of new sales channels. This role combines operational expertise with creative problem-solving, requiring someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
1. 4+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles (experience in the luxury/premium segment preferred).
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Proven track record in successfully managing online and offline sales channels.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
6. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
