Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Brand Manager to manage and strengthen the brand presence of Chandigarh University. The ideal candidate will plan and execute branding activities, manage campaigns, and ensure consistent communication across all platforms.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement branding strategies to enhance the university’s image
• Manage digital and offline marketing campaigns
• Oversee content creation for social media, website, and promotional materials
• Conduct competitor research and market analysis to support branding decisions
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for branding requirements
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels
• Support branding for events, outreach programs, and university initiatives
• Conceptualize and manage integrated marketing campaigns
• Craft compelling brand narratives for admissions, placements, research achievements, collaborations, and university milestones
• Collaborate with academic departments, admissions, PR, design, and external agencies
• Work closely with the leadership team to translate institutional priorities into brand-driven communication initiatives
• Lead branding for institutional events, seminars, convocations, cultural fests, and national/international conferences
• Ensure cohesive on-ground presence for outreach activities, school connect programs, and promotional events
• Develop and execute a long-term brand strategy aligned with the university’s vision and growth objectives

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
• Minimum 7 years of experience in branding, marketing, or communication roles
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media
• Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks
