About the Role: We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated Medical Representative to promote, market, and supply our range of medical equipment, surgical drapes, gowns, and healthcare consumables to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions across Pune and its suburban regions. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of hospital procurement processes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing strong client relationships in the healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities: Promote and demonstrate medical equipment and consumable products to hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with purchase departments, doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators. Identify and approach potential clients to expand business in assigned territories. Manage vendor registration processes with hospitals and healthcare organizations. Handle inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups to ensure timely supply and payment collection. Conduct product presentations, demos, and sample trials at client locations. Maintain detailed records of daily visits, sales calls, and customer feedback. Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery, logistics, and after-sales support. Qualifications and Skills: Graduation in BBA, BSC, B-Pharma. 1–3 years of experience in medical sales or hospital supply (freshers with strong motivation may also apply). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of hospital operations and procurement procedures. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email Communication). Own two-wheeler and valid driving license (mandatory). Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹13,605.66 - ₹18,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
