Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong foundation in both digital and traditional marketing, complemented by a solid finance background. This role requires a strategic leadership capability of developing and executing integrated marketing plans, managing budgets and campaigns for optimal ROI, and leveraging data to achieve business objectives.The ideal candidate will drive both brand awareness and measurable financial success through effective digital and traditional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Helping management in planning of marketing strategies, communication across all platforms including social media
• Gathering and analyzing information to identify new market opportunities and customers, demand for products and effectiveness of existing marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Execution of strategies
• Planning funnels for online marketing based on stages of customer journey.
• Optimising landing pages, email sequence and all other components of funnel
• Planning and execution of organic and paid marketing campaigns
• Managing email campaigns
• Manage paid ads on Facebook, Google
• Conducting budget planning for marketing campaign and optimising the campaigns
• Manage entire team of marketing
• Updating knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifying needs for new products and services and making recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

• MBA in marketing or finance having 2 years of experience in sales.
• 2+ years of experience as a marketing manager in finance sector.
• Should possess good knowledge of funnel marketing.
• Proven track record of planning & execution of campaigns.
• Budget-management skills and proficiency.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Should be quick in identifying opportunities.
• Must be a task master.
• Must be excellent in planning strategy.
• Should be aware of new trends
• Open to learn new things

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
