Marketing Lead

to spearhead our end-to-end marketing function and drive impactful initiatives across digital, brand, product, and performance marketing. This is a senior leadership role that requires a seasoned marketer with a deep understanding of integrated marketing, team management, analytics, and business alignment. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand narrative, generating qualified pipeline, and enabling business growth through data-driven, customer-focused marketing strategies.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals, incorporating brand positioning, product launches, digital marketing, PR, events, and demand generation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team. Foster a culture of ownership, creativity, and results. Set clear KPIs and regularly review team performance and campaign effectiveness.
  • Brand Management: Own brand messaging, tone of voice, and brand identity across all channels. Ensure consistent positioning across internal and external communications.
  • Digital & Performance Marketing: Drive digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid media, email, social, and content marketing. Optimize for performance, CAC, ROI, and customer engagement metrics.
  • Product Marketing: Collaborate with product and sales teams to define go-to-market strategies, product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
  • Content & Communications: Oversee content strategy including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and videos. Drive thought leadership and PR initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
  • Data & Analytics: Use data and insights to continuously improve campaign performance. Track, measure, and report on all marketing metrics including MQLs, conversions, and attribution.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • 12-18 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or high-growth environments.
  • Proven experience in leading multi-disciplinary marketing teams.
  • Deep understanding of digital channels and performance marketing tactics.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in marketing analytics, tools, and dashboards (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
  • Experience in building brand identity, positioning, and GTM strategies.
  • Ability to manage budgets, agencies, and multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • A hands-on, agile leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience working in tech, SaaS, or startup ecosystems is a plus.
  • Exposure to international markets and global campaign execution
