Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Chandigarh for a Commis Chef. The Commis Chef will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety. We are looking across the sections, specifically pastry, grill and main courses. Daily tasks include assisting senior chefs, organizing and storing food supplies, and ensuring cleanliness in the kitchen. The role demands clear communication and the ability to follow established recipes and procedures sccurately. Responsibilities 🌟 What You’ll Do: Design and execute integrated marketing strategies for Olive’s F&B and lifestyle brands — across digital and traditional channels. Drive brand positioning, storytelling, and content with a strong emphasis on digital-first thinking. Lead digital marketing efforts including performance campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube), SEO, email marketing, and website traffic optimization. Manage marketing calendars, product and event launches, seasonal campaigns, and high-impact collaborations. Oversee social media, influencer outreach, PR, and brand partnerships. Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards to analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and report actionable insights. Collaborate closely with culinary, creative, operations, and events teams to deliver holistic, data-informed brand experiences. Qualifications ✅ You Bring: 6–10 years in marketing, ideally in F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury spaces. Deep understanding of digital marketing platforms, audience targeting, and performance optimization. A strong eye for design, aesthetics, and storytelling — both online and IRL. Proven experience managing social media strategy, events, launches, digital campaigns, and brand partnerships. Strong leadership with hands-on execution capability.
