About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Lead to drive the global marketing charter for three key Industry Groups within our Product & Digital Engineering Business Unit. This role offers the opportunity to shape and execute impactful marketing initiatives that elevate brand visibility, generate demand, and support business growth across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Marketing Leadership

  Partner with BU Marketing Head and Industry Group Leaders to define and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

• Event & Conference Management

  Identify high-impact industry events and lead end-to-end participation including vendor coordination, theme development, collateral creation, and campaign execution.

• Demand Generation

  Collaborate with inside sales and external agencies to design and run targeted demand-generation campaigns tailored to each Industry Group.

• Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

  Develop and execute ABM programs for top accounts to enhance brand presence, drive engagement, and support cross-sell/up-sell initiatives.

• Analyst & Media Relations

  Engage with analyst firms, media, and PR agencies to secure strategic mentions and placements that strengthen Happiest Minds market positioning.

• Content & Collateral Development

  Create compelling marketing assets including brochures, presentations, flipbooks, and videos that effectively communicate our value proposition.

• Market Intelligence

  Monitor industry trends and conduct market research to provide actionable insights for marketing strategy and business development.

What Were Looking For

• MBA from Tier I/II institutions.
• 4–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in IT services or consulting.
• Strong understanding of technology and business to craft impactful narratives.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to marketing.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Passionate about marketing and eager to make a meaningful impact.
