Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Head to lead our marketing function. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and support business growth. This role requires a strong mix of creativity, leadership, and analytical skills to manage a high-performing marketing team and align marketing initiatives with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead brand positioning, corporate communications, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team, ensuring clear goals and accountability.
  • Oversee market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities.
  • Drive integrated campaigns across digital, social media, PR, events, and offline channels.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging and lead generation.
  • Track KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and present regular reports to leadership.
  • Build partnerships and strategic alliances to expand brand reach.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and marketing innovations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of proven marketing experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and integrated campaign management.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Proven ability to drive measurable business growth through marketing initiatives.

Preferred (Good to Have)

  • Experience in [specific industry, e.g., IT, FMCG, SaaS, Retail].
  • Exposure to international/global marketing campaigns.
  • Certifications in digital marketing or brand management.
  • Strong network with agencies, media, and industry influencers.
