Digital Marketing Executive

Role – Marketing & Growth Specialist

Location: Andheri (East), Mumbai – Right next to WEH Metro Station for easy access.


Experience: 1-2 years


Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA – Uncapped growth opportunities.


Responsibilities


  • Enable and empower SDRs by creating marketing workflows, content assets, and lead intelligence that streamline outreach and improve conversion across the sales funnel.
  • Own the entire digital marketing funnel—from awareness to consideration to conversion—by creating assets, campaigns, and workflows that drive qualified leads and revenue.
  • Build segmented prospect lists to support targeted campaigns and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Create compelling, conversion-focused content—emails, landing pages, social posts, carousels, and short-form videos.
  • Own and manage social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), aligning messaging with business goals and measuring performance.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns including segmentation, personalization, automation, and performance tracking.
  • Build and manage paid ad campaigns on digital platforms to attract and convert ideal prospects.
  • Use marketing automation to streamline workflows, nurture leads, and support the SDR/sales team.
  • Design collaboration workflows with SDRs including lead scoring, qualification criteria, and campaign feedback loops.
  • Regularly update website content (WordPress) and apply basic SEO and CRO best practices.
  • Ensure a seamless user experience across landing pages, campaigns, and website touchpoints to improve conversions.
  • Analyze marketing KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rates) and suggest optimizations to improve ROI.
  • Be well-versed in using AI-powered tools to create content, generate campaign ideas, automate outreach, and increase efficiency.
