Build and grow the brand organically through strategic content creation across platforms. Create and manage content assets including blogs, creatives, videos, and reels. Lead ad campaign management on Meta and Google (setup, optimization, reporting). Monitor KPIs/ROI across all marketing activities and manage lead-generation funnels. Experiment with multiple channels to identify high-impact growth opportunities. Edit videos for social media, ads, and brand storytelling. Guide, train, and coordinate a small team of 2 interns/freelancers. REQUIREMENTS: Any degree — skill, capability, and attitude matter more than titles. 2+ years of marketing experience (Interiors or agency background is a plus). The role requires strong coordination, on-site decision-making, and the ability to ensure projects are completed as per design, timeline, and quality standards. You will work directly with the founders and project team, playing a key role in delivering seamless project execution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise day-to-day site activities , ensuring work aligns with drawings, BOQs, and project timelines. Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and suppliers for smooth execution. Monitor material delivery, site readiness, measurements, and quality checks. Provide daily site updates , progress reports, and escalate issues proactively. Ensure site safety, discipline, and clean working conditions. We foster a supportive, collaborative work culture and offer strong international exposure through dedicated US and UK projects, enabling learning and professional growth. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings, plans, and layouts using AutoCAD and Revit. Develop 3D models and produce high-quality renderings using SketchUp and leading rendering tools. Revise drawings based on team and client feedback while maintaining accuracy and clarity. Ensure all drawings comply with relevant US/UK standards and are completed within project timelines. Maintain an organized and systematic digital library of all project files and documentation. May be required to participate in client-facing discussions; strong communication and professionalism are essential. Job Requirements: Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar drafting or visualization role. Strong exposure to US/UK architectural projects is highly preferred.
