Job Title: Marketing Executive / Marketing Manager Department: Marketing Reports To: Manager/Supervisor Location: Belapur Position Overview: We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Marketing Executive/Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s products/services, enhance brand visibility, and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate should possess strong creative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of market trends. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to define and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals. Develop annual marketing plans, including budget allocation, campaign objectives, and KPIs. Brand Management: Build and maintain a strong brand identity across all marketing channels. Ensure brand consistency across all digital, print, and social media communications. Digital Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing. Analyse and optimize digital channels for better user engagement and higher conversion rates. Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities. Analyse customer feedback, sales data, and marketing performance to continuously improve campaigns. Content Creation & Management: Develop high-quality content for blogs, websites, social media platforms, newsletters, and marketing collateral. Oversee the creation of multimedia content (videos, graphics, infographics) in collaboration with the design team. Campaign Management: Execute and manage marketing campaigns, including planning, implementation, tracking, and reporting on results. Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns on various platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Lead Generation & Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to generate leads through online and offline marketing channels. Create engaging content and initiatives to nurture customer relationships and improve customer retention. Event Marketing & PR: Plan and execute marketing events, webinars, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and customer engagement. Coordinate with public relations teams to manage media relations and enhance brand visibility. Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and drive business growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, customer service) to ensure successful campaign execution. Reporting & Analytics: Track marketing campaign performance through analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.). Present marketing performance reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns. Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (master's degree preferred). Experience: 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in digital marketing or brand management. Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, etc.). Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and drive innovative marketing strategies. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Analytical and data-driven mindset, capable of assessing campaign performance and making improvements. Desirable Skills: Certifications in digital marketing, Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot are a plus. Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
