Designation: Marketing CRM Manager

BU: Working Professional

Location: Bangalore-AMR Tech Park/ Mumbai- Andheri, Marol

Shift: 5 days | Mon-Fri | Work from Office | 10:30AM- 7:30PM


Summary

Marketing CRM Manager to lead lifecycle marketing initiatives across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Push Notifications


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns to engage prospects and learners across their journey—from lead nurturing to enrollment and post-purchase engagement.
  • Build dynamic audience segments based on user behavior, interests, and lifecycle stage. Deliver personalized content to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Develop automated workflows for onboarding, re-engagement, upselling, and retention using CRM platforms.
  • Manage and optimize communications across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Push Notifications. Ensure consistency in messaging and brand tone.
  • Track and analyze campaign metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversion rates, etc.). Use insights to iterate and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with Product, Content, Sales, and Tech teams to align CRM efforts with business goals and learner needs.
  • Ensure all CRM activities comply with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, DPDPA) and follow industry best practices.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM marketing, preferably in edtech, consumer tech, or D2C domains.
  • Proven experience with CRM tools like MoEngage, Clevertap, WebEngage, Braze, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and funnel optimization.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and campaign performance analysis.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and retention strategies.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience in education or upskilling-focused businesses.
  • Understanding of learner personas and motivations in the Indian market.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization.
  • Exposure to loyalty, referral, or alumni engagement programs
