Marketing & Communications (MarCom) Manager for Multi-Property

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing & Communications (MarCom) Manager to lead brand visibility, drive property-level marketing, and establish Arow as a recognized name in Indian hospitality.

Role Overview:

As the MarCom Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing & communication strategies across all Arow Hospitality properties. You will manage both centralized brand positioning and property-specific campaigns including PR, digital marketing, social media, content creation, influencer collaborations, and event promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Communication Strategy

• Build and implement a group-level brand strategy while tailoring campaigns for each property.

• Maintain brand tone, design guidelines, and ensure consistency across hotels.

• Draft press releases, brand stories, and oversee PR coverage for new property launches, events, and milestones.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Oversee multi-property digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn to generate awareness and bookings.

• Manage content calendars for all properties and ensure timely execution.

• Track performance analytics and ensure campaigns deliver measurable ROI.

Public Relations & Partnerships

• Build media, influencer, and blogger relationships to highlight both brand and property stories.

• Coordinate FAM trips, property launch events, and hospitality networking opportunities.

• Develop partnerships with tourism boards, travel platforms, and luxury lifestyle brands.

Content & Creative Development

• Supervise the creation of brochures, videos, digital creatives, and on-property marketing material.

• Ensure each hotel’s unique story is represented in content while maintaining overall brand identity.

• Draft compelling copy for websites, campaigns, and sales collaterals.

Property-Specific Marketing

• Support each hotel with festive promotions, seasonal campaigns, and local activations.

• Collaborate with GMs and property teams to align marketing with revenue goals.

• Create strong B2B and B2C communication for targeted markets.

Leadership & Coordination

• Lead an in-house marketing team and external agencies.

• Work closely with sales, revenue, and operations teams across hotels.

• Ensure smooth communication between central office and property teams for timely execution.

Qualifications & Skills

• MBA/PG in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.

• 6–10 years of experience in hospitality marketing (multi-property or chain experience preferred).

• Strong background in digital marketing, PR, and luxury brand management.

• Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle multiple properties, markets, and campaigns simultaneously.

• Creative thinker with a results-driven approach.
