Job Description

We are seeking a creative and strategic marketing communication specialist (marcom). The person is responsible for enhancing Cyrix brand and market positioning through innovative communication strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing measurable and impactful marketing communication plans.

• Organising and managing customer events, roadshows, webinars and product launches.

• Developing compelling marketing collaterals, content and sales tools

• Developing compelling visual marketing tools – Creatives/Graphics/Videos/Animations

• Be the brand custodian and enhance brand internally and externally.

• Lead KOL Marketing

• Building Media presence, developing media relationships and management

• Managing advertising/creative agency and relationships

• Own employee engagement

• Support Digital Marketing Programs.

• Support Market Research

All about you:

• Degree/MBA in Marketing/Communications/Event Management

• 4-6 Years of proven experience in marketing communications, corporate communications, branding and internal communications.

• Experience in event management and stakeholder engagement

• Familiarity with digital marketing, social medical tools, analytics and Salesforce (SFDC)

• Proficiency in creating marketing collaterals and content writing

• Excellent writing, communication skills, and inter-personal skills

• Project management skills

• Good to have – working knowledge on Adobe suite.

• Good to have – healthcare industry experience.
