Location: Mumbai, Kalaghoda

Budget: Upto 600000 Lakhs per annum


Position Overview:

The Marketing and Communications (MarCom) Executive will be responsible for executing the brand’s marketing and communication strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support sales initiatives. This role will involve collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and agencies to create impactful campaigns, ensure consistency across touchpoints, and manage communication channels effectively.


Key Responsibilities:


Marketing Execution


• Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, largely for digital channels.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for the brand.

• Monitor and report on campaign and platform performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

• Help maintain brand consistency across all communication channels. Ensure that all marketing materials and messaging align with brand guidelines and reflect the company's values and objectives.


Communications & Content


• Manage and update all communication channels, including website content, email newsletters, and press releases.

• Write and produce high-quality content for various marketing channels, including website, email campaigns, WhatsApp and push notifications.

• Coordinate with PR agencies to ensure timely and effective coverage of events, launches, and collaborations.

• Build relationships with media and influencers to amplify brand presence.


Stakeholder Collaboration


• Work cross-functionally with store team, merchandising, content and e-commerce teams to ensure alignment on brand messaging and campaign objectives.

• Act as a liaison between the brand and external partners, including agencies, and media outlets.


Budget Management


• Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring all activities stay within allocated funds.

• Track expenses on platforms managed


Key Skills & Competencies:


• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling.

• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.

• Proficiency in email marketing software's.

• Good understanding of the fashion industry and ability to keep up with trends and new happenings.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.


Qualifications-

/ Minimum 2 years of work experience in the same or related industry.

/ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

/ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

/ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
