About the Role

We are hiring a Marketing Campaigns & Conversion Specialist to lead the execution of marketing initiatives across email campaigns, landing pages, lead nurturing workflows, and performance-driven assets. This is a hands-on, execution-first role designed for someone who can blend copywriting, marketing automation, and performance insights to create high-impact digital experiences. You’ll collaborate with design, dev, and leadership teams to convert traffic into leads and engagement into revenue.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across email, landing pages, and digital assets
  • Create performance-focused content — newsletters, lead-gen emails, CTAs, and campaign copy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support growth marketing efforts across the funnel
  • Optimize landing page layouts, messaging, and structure to improve conversion rates
  • Own marketing automation flows and audience segmentation in platforms like HubSpot or equivalent
  • Track campaign performance metrics and recommend data-backed optimizations
  • Support sales enablement and demand generation with conversion-oriented messaging


What You Bring

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in marketing execution roles — with strong exposure to email marketing, landing page creation, and digital campaigns
  • Strong copywriting skills, especially for conversion, lead gen, and B2B messaging
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, basic funnel analytics, and campaign reporting
  • Experience collaborating with designers, developers, and marketing teams
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines without compromising quality


Nice to Have

  • Background in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing
  • Experience using tools like Unbounce, Webflow, Figma (for wireframing), or Canva (for visual briefs)
  • Understanding of lead scoring, email sequencing, and content-driven funnels
