Job Title: Junior Recruiter (IT & Non-IT) Location: Kharadi, Pune (On-site) Experience: 6 months to 1 year Joining: Immediate Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter with experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience and be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and interview candidates for IT and Non-IT roles. Post job ads and manage candidate applications. Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates. Keep track of candidate records and recruitment metrics. Skills & Qualifications: 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiar with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS). Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
