This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 300000 - Rs 700000 (ie INR 3-7 LPA)

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Push Notifications to drive user acquisition and retention.
  • Design and implement automated user journeys that enhance customer engagement and streamline communication.
  • Build and manage landing pages, forms, email templates, and lead-nurturing workflows within platforms like WebEngage, Gupshup, and HubSpot.
  • Segment B2B audiences based on parameters such as industry, company size, engagement levels, and behavioural patterns to deliver highly targeted and personalised messaging.
  • Monitor, track, and optimise campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
  • Prepare and share detailed performance reports on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and pipeline impact, and leverage insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and account management teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with business objectives.
  • Apply marketing automation best practices to improve lead quality, reduce churn, and increase customer engagement.
  • Maintain database hygiene to reduce list decay and enhance deliverability and overall engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Marketing.
  • Hands-on expertise in WebEngage, Gupshup, HubSpot, or other marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Email Marketing, WhatsApp Campaigns, SMS Campaigns, and Push Notifications.
  • Data-driven mindset with proven experience in campaign tracking, reporting, and optimisation.
  • Excellent communication and content creation skills to craft compelling messaging for professional audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer success.
  • Passion for B2B lead generation, retention, and marketing automation.
