Job Description

Pratra is a global travel technology company helping the travel industry transform through innovative software products. We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist with 5+ years of experience to join our growing team and drive impactful marketing campaigns using automation tools.

What You’ll Do

Build, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing automation campaigns (email, SMS, social, etc.).
Manage customer journeys, lead nurturing workflows, and campaign triggers.
Segment and analyze customer data to improve targeting and engagement.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align campaigns with business goals.
Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and deliver actionable insights.
Continuously test, optimize, and enhance automation strategies for maximum ROI.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of proven experience in marketing automation.
Hands-on expertise in platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar.
Strong understanding of lead nurturing, email marketing best practices, and customer segmentation.
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report campaign performance.
Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong communication skills.
