We have over 2 million international customers who have purchased products from our brands in countries such as the France, UK, US, Canada, Australia, and several countries in Europe. Role Overview: We are seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to take ownership of the evaluation, refinement, and enforcement of brand identity and messaging, while also driving global brand visibility and reputation through public relations, social media strategy, and online reputation management. This cross-functional role blends brand strategy, visual design, copywriting, PR execution, and global coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints while elevating the profile of our brands through media coverage, awards, and proactive reputation initiatives. Key Responsibilities 1. Brand Audit & Evaluation • Conduct regular audits to ensure alignment of brand visuals, messaging, and experiences across all platforms and geographies. • Identify inconsistencies, gaps, and improvement areas across creative and communication materials. • Benchmark against competitors and industry standards to inform brand optimization strategies. • Establish and manage a global brand audit process with clear feedback loops and chain of communication. • Leverage AI tools for scalable and data-driven brand audits. 2. Visual Identity & Design Standards • Enforce visual brand consistency across all digital and offline assets. • Develop, update, and communicate brand style guides tailored by brand and geography. • Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure on-brand execution across web, social, email, and print. • Supervise the implementation of branding guidelines across global campaigns and local activations. 3. Brand Voice & Messaging • Define and document the tone, style, and messaging for each brand. • Audit customer-facing content regularly to ensure alignment with brand voice Provide feedback and support to writers and marketers to refine messaging strategies. 4. Internal & External Brand Training • Develop and deliver training modules, workshops, and onboarding content for brand guidelines. • Empower geography teams with tools and best practices for localized branding. • Serve as the go-to resource for branding clarity and enforcement across departments. 5. Public Relations & Media Visibility • Set up a global PR framework to elevate platform and brand visibility. • Source and manage a PR partner (in-house or freelance) with a strong media network. • Secure earned media placements, interviews, and thought leadership opportunities. • Create and maintain a global PR calendar and monitor coverage outcomes. • Identify and avoid participation in “pay-to-play” or non-reputable award schemes. 6. Awards & Recognition • Research and curate a list of high-impact, credible awards relevant to different geographies and industries. • Drive submissions for key awards to elevate brand authority and recognition. • Coordinate internally to gather material and evidence for award nominations. 7. Social Media & Global Tool Enablement • Work with geography teams to establish and manage a unified social media presence per brand. • Implement a global social media toolset for measurement, response management, and sentiment analysis. • Monitor tool performance globally and train local teams on usage and brand-aligned communication. 8. Online Reputation Management • Design and implement a robust Online Reputation Management (ORM) process. • Continuously track and analyze online sentiment, reviews, and mentions across platforms. • Work with relevant stakeholders to improve perception, address negative feedback, and amplify positive visibility. Qualifications & Skills Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Design, or related fields. • 3–5 years of experience in brand management, public relations. • Deep understanding of brand principles, visual identity systems, and messaging frameworks. • Strong PR instincts with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives. • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and digital design principles. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Preferred: • Experience managing global brands or multi-geography communication. • Knowledge of social media and ORM tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Meltwater). • Experience with award submission processes and media outreach. • Familiarity with marketing analytics for measuring brand and PR effectiveness.
