About the Role:

At The Glued Factor, we believe in stories that stick. We’re looking for a PR professional who can craft compelling narratives, build strong relationships, and ensure our clients’ brands stay glued in the minds of their audiences.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute PR strategies to build brand visibility and reputation.

Cultivate and maintain strong media relations across print, digital, and broadcast platforms.

Draft press releases, articles, speeches, and other PR materials.

Organize press conferences, events, and brand activations.

Monitor media coverage and provide timely reporting to clients.

Collaborate with the internal team to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Requirements:

Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and nurture relationships with media and stakeholders.

Creative thinking with a knack for storytelling.

Good organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
