Head of Marketing & PR

• Develop and execute an end-to-end marketing and branding strategy for

  SaltBuzz and RSC Group

  .
• Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.
• Position both brands as credible, visible, and authoritative within their respective industries.

• Own and manage all social media platforms including

  Instagram, LinkedIn

  , and any other relevant channels.
• Plan, create, and oversee content calendars, campaigns, reels, posts, and thought-leadership content.
• Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and brand recall.
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and content creators as required.

• Handle end-to-end PR strategy and execution for both brands.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses, journalists, and PR agencies.
• Draft and publish press releases, media notes, company announcements, and leadership features.
• Ensure regular media coverage across print, digital, and industry publications.

• Identify, apply for, and manage participation in

  award functions

  industry forums

  trade events

• Ensure strong brand representation at national and international events.
• Coordinate speaking opportunities, panel discussions, sponsorships, and exhibitions.
• Manage end-to-end event branding, communication, and follow-ups.

• Build personal branding for promoters and leadership across LinkedIn and media platforms.
• Manage corporate storytelling, case studies, success stories, and milestones.
• Position RSC Group as a strong player in the steel and industrial manufacturing ecosystem.

• Manage marketing budgets and agency/vendor relationships.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, sales teams, and leadership.
• Ensure timelines, deliverables, and ROI for all marketing and PR initiatives.

• 6–10+ years of experience in

  Marketing, Branding, and PR

  (B2B experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of

  digital marketing, social media strategy, and PR execution

  .
• Prior experience handling

  industrial, manufacturing, or B2B brands

  is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience with

  media relations, awards management, and industry events

  .
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of the function.

• Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities.
• Strong network within media, PR, and industry circles.
• Comfortable working with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of branding and storytelling.
